Please be advised that deposits, where applicable, may be deemed non-refundable depending largely on the proximate timing of the cancellation request. Furthermore, all fees for photography services are due precisely as per the financial agreement established at the time of your booking.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Tapas Photo Studio exclusively owns the intellectual property rights for all material exhibited on this website and all photographs meticulously captured during our professional sessions, invariably subject to specific client agreements.
